Equip Iron Sharpens Iron is an equipping conference for men. We not only seek to build up men as individuals, but we strive to help and support the local church by providing seminars to equip men to minister to other men in their own local church. Our main objective is to support you, the local church pastor and your men’s ministry leaders.
Growth This conference is not just for the leaders. You just never know who God is incubating a new ministry in. You may have a man sitting in the wings right now that God is preparing to use to minister to other men. Don’t limit your men’s ministry leadership to just a few. Bring as many men as you can and help them to spread their ministry wings.
Fellowship We encourage you to bring any and all of your men to ISI. It is a great time for your men to experience being with other men from other churches in your community and region, fostering unity in the Body of Christ.
Worship During the plenary sessions, ISI provides a worshipful atmosphere where any man can engage the risen and living God. The music is masculine, engaging, and quality.
What Makes ISI Distinct From Other Men's Conferences?
1. Iron Sharpens Iron Men's Conferences are a resource for local churches offered by an on-the-ground local ministry (Focal Point Ministries). FPM serves local churches by equipping them to reach, disciple, and mobilize men.
2. Iron Sharpens Iron Men's Conferences are hosted by regional ministries with a heart and specific focus on men. These independent ministries have networked together to provide a national feel. However, ISI is not a national organization. All ISI conferences follow the same format to provide consistency in the event.
3. The ISI conference is a one-day event. Conference day is Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. (It is important to note that Focal Point Ministries, the local, on-the-ground ministry, serves local churches fifty-two weeks a year to equip, disciple, and mobilize their men.)
4. Iron Sharpens Iron Men's Conferences are equipping conferences with sixteen different equipping seminars designed specifically for men. The day opens and closes with all the men together for a time of masculine worship and exhortative messages from gifted keynote speakers, but the meat of the day are the equipping seminars.
5. Iron Sharpens Iron Men's Conferences are for men of all ages (13 and up). We intentionally offer a resource that promotes and encourages intergenerational ministry. We design several of the seminars to be specific to men in different seasons of life. (This conference is for all men, not just leaders and/or pastors.)
6. Iron Sharpens Iron Men's Conferences occur once a year, every year, in the same location and in the same spot in the calendar. They have become a local resource that local churches can trust and depend on.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON REGISTRATIONS.
2. Speakers have committed to ISI. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, substitutions may need to occur.
3. During the conference, video and still photographs are taken. Your registration constitutes permission for ISI to use these videos and photographs taken onsite.
4. ISI conferences are held regardless of weather. The event will not be cancelled. Consequently, there are no refunds due to weather related issues.
5. A purchased conference registration may be transferred to another ISI conference held by that regional ministry.

Reaching Every Man (REM)
This four-hour course introduces the basics of building a sustainable ministry to men in your church. The
principles taught in this training will not solve all the problems or supply all the answers in regard to ministering to
your men. It will, however, help you ask the right questions and look at the discipleship activities you offer for men in your
church in a different light.
The precepts presented in this training are a first step toward discipling every man in your church. To go deeper, take your
team through the 2 1/2 day No Man Left Behind Conference, offered throughout the country by the Leadership Training Center at Man in the Mirror in partnership with local churches.
